A Diagrammatic Map>>
Researched a dozen sci-fi films that explored the future
of Earth and its inhabitants. Analyzed what we feared +
battled in the future—man vs. man, man vs. unknown
or man vs. own creation—what types of transportation
we had and how far the creators were looking out into the
future.
Movies Included: Metropolis (1927), Ghost in the Shell (1955),
2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), Blade Runner (1982), Akira
(1988), The Fifth Element (1997), Matrix (1999), A.I. (2001)
& I, Robot (2001).
